RETURNS POLICY

We facilitate FREE returns for ALL items within 14 days of delivery for items that adhere to the following guidelines: 

01 - Goods Damaged or Faulty

02 - Goods Not As Shown

We accept returns at your shipping cost, on a Signed-for service, for NON PERSONALISED items within 14 days of delivery that adhere to the following guidelines: 

03 - Unwanted 

04 - Duplicate Order

05 - Unsuitable

Please note that it is not possible to return personalised items unless they meet criteria 01 or 02. 

 

Personalised items include breed choice. The reason we can't accept returns on personalised items is because the chance of being able to re-sell your exact choices are highly unlikely.

This policy is compliant with UK Consumer Rights.
